Maps of the ORPLA Region

The Oak Ridge Park Landowners Association (ORPLA) was established in 1986 and serves the Oak Ridge Park and Shorecliff subdivisions, located along CR 152 approximately 13 miles southwest of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. The area encompasses the end of a peninsula in Beaver Lake with beautiful lake frontage and scenic ridge top views. There are about 200 lots in the area, with 23 full time households and 35 part time households.
ORPLA is a nonprofit corporation that facilitates communication among landowners and coordinates services such as road maintenance and trash pickup, among other purposes outlined in the ORPLA Bylaws.  The Annual Membership Meeting is held the last Saturday of each September and Board of Directors meetings are held quarterly.  Membership dues are currently $75 per lot, up to a maximum of 3 lots, or $225.
